Perishable items (including produce, meats, and eggs) are not eligible for return or refund. For pickup items (perishable or non-perishable), items should be inspected at the time of pickup, and should there be an issue, you agree not to pick up the item(s) and to contact us immediately. By picking up the item(s), you are accepting the item(s) “as is” and will not be eligible for return or refund.

You are responsible for picking up the meat from the processor and paying the processing fee. Fatima Farm transports the animal to the processor for you at no extra cost. You will be notified by the processor when your meat is ready for pickup. Please bring adequate coolers for your meat.
