Goose eggs are a delicacy and a treat to eat and cook with. One goose is the equivalent of approximately three chicken eggs. You will notice a tougher shell (which means a longer shelf life!), a firmer, more orange yolk, and a higher yolk-to-white ratio.
Perishable items (including produce, meats, and eggs) are not eligible for return or refund. For pickup items (perishable or non-perishable), items should be inspected at the time of pickup, and should there be an issue, you agree not to pick up the item(s) and to contact us immediately. By picking up the item(s), you are accepting the item(s) “as is” and will not be eligible for return or refund.
